Trading Rules.

PURCHASER:

(1) Purchaser to pay transfer fees & 1.5% + GST buyers commission.

(2) Purchaser to pay full purchase price before applications can be lodged.

(3) To be signed by owner/authorised person.

SELLER:

(1) To be signed by all owners of water, if Company/Trust will need a copy of a Company extract no more than 12mths old or authorisation form for non owner.

(2) Seller to pay Agent commission @ 2.5% + GST.

(3) Payment will be made once approvals have been received from Water Authorities.

 In the event of an application being refused it is up the buyer/seller whichever is at fault to pay another lodgement fee.
